Over time, The Meeting Place will offer related services via connected or affiliated web sites. The underlying theme behind all of these related services will be to foster a safe sense of community.
An initial example of a related service is the affiliated web site that provides shared accommodations for people who are 50 and above. This service is intended to help small groups of people to create their own mini communities, in shared home environments, either for everyday living or for travel.
Over time, examples of other related services that might be added could include affiliated locations that provide:
- Counseling
- Lessons in arts and music
- Career guidance
- Modalities (e.g. Yoga, meditation and so on)
- Recreational activities
- etc.
